what to expect when you book with Lola Lane Florals
Every Lola Lane custom floral piece is individually designed and handcrafted with care. Because each arrangement is created specifically for you, we take the time to carefully plan your design, source your blooms and bring your vision to life.
Custom Orders : Step by Step Guide:
Step 1: Enquire & Check Availability
Start by getting in touch with us and telling us about your vision. Please include as much detail as possible, such as your preferred colours, flowers, style, approximate size, quantity and what the flowers are for.
Please allow a minimum of 5 weeks for your custom order. This timeframe allows us to comfortably complete the consultation, design, sourcing, production, approval and shipping or collection process.
Because our flowers are premium silk florals, your order does not need to be made immediately before your wedding or event. In fact, we encourage you to order well in advance where possible. Your beautiful blooms can be lovingly handcrafted and completed ahead of time, ready and waiting for your special day without the pressure of last-minute floral arrangements.
For weddings and important events, we recommend allowing as much time as possible. Ordering early gives us greater flexibility with sourcing your preferred blooms and ensures there is plenty of time for your piece to be completed and delivered or collected.
Step 2: Custom Quote
Once we have discussed your vision and confirmed that we can assist, we will prepare a personalised quote based on your chosen design, size, flowers, quantity and requirements.
Your order will only proceed once the quote has been accepted and a 10% deposit payment has been received via direct debit to our account or via PayPal.
Step 3: Design & Sourcing
Once your order is confirmed, we begin creating your design. Every piece is individually handcrafted, and we source flowers and materials specifically for your order wherever possible.
Please note that inspiration images are used to communicate the overall style, colour palette, shape and feeling you love. We cannot guarantee an exact replica of an inspiration image, and we don't want to copy another artists designs exactly.
The final design may vary slightly depending on flower availability, , supplier stock, production timeframes and changes within our supplier network. These natural variations are part of what makes every Lola Lane piece unique.
Step 4: Your Approval Photos
Before your piece is finalised, you will receive photographs of your completed arrangement for approval.
Please review your approval photos carefully. Once your design has been approved, production is considered complete and no further changes can be made to the arrangement.
Our approval process allows us to make sure you are happy with the overall look of your piece before it is prepared for collection or shipping.
Step 5: Production & Completion
Once approved, your arrangement is carefully finished, packaged and prepared for its journey to you. We will confirm at the beginning of your planning journey if you would like your flowers shipped, couriered or if you wish to collect from our Brisbane based studio. Collection can be scheduled and organised via appointment only.
